5 Follow-Up Mistakes Killing Your Deals (Easy Fixes)

Mistake #1: The 48-Hour Death Window Rep waits 2 days to follow up. Response rate drops from 78% to 12%. Deal dies of natural causes (aka being forgotten).
Mistake #2: The Novel Nobody Reads
Rep writes 847-word masterpiece. Executive reads 8 words. Deal suffocates under its own weight.
Mistake #3: The 45MB Attachment Rep attaches massive deck. Email bounces. Or worse - lands but never opens. Deal dies in spam folder.
Mistake #4: Generic Garbage "Great talking with you today! As discussed..." Deal dies of boredom. Joins 47 other template casualties.
Mistake #5: The Wimpy Close "Let me know if you have any questions! Thoughts?" Deal dies waiting for buyer to do the work.
I used to make all 5. Close rate: LOW.
Fixed them. Close rate: HIGHER.
