So something crazy happened last week...
I was interviewing Matt Curl (Apollo's COO) for my podcast, and we started geeking out about how to find prospects who are actually ready to buy.
That's when he told me this weird story...
One of their sales managers discovered that by looking at a specific type of Yelp comment, they could predict with scary accuracy which business owners would be most likely to convert.
(I know it sounds strange, but stick with me here...)
This led to an amazing conversation about the REAL signals that indicate buying intent (and why most companies are looking at completely the wrong things).
