I tracked my sales day for 30 days (only sold for 37 minutes)

the other 7 hours? you won't believe it...

Confession time:

I thought I was grinding 8 hours a day.

Crushing it. Hustling. "Always be closing" and all that.

Then I tracked every minute for 30 days.

The results?

37 minutes.

That's how long I ACTUALLY sold each day.

The other 7 hours and 23 minutes?

  • 2.5 hours: Building PowerPoint Frankendecks

  • 45 minutes: Looking for "that perfect slide"

  • 47 minutes: Rewriting the same follow-up emails

  • 38 minutes: Version_Final_FINAL_v2_ACTUALFINAL.pptx hell

  • Rest: Meetings about meetings, CRM archaeology, "research"

I was donating 92.3% of my day to NOT selling.

At $100/hour, that's $140,000 of annual productivity torched.

But here's what happened when I fixed it...

Warning: You'll want to track your own day after watching. You won't like what you find.

At 7:00, I show my calendar before and after. Same hours. 5x the calls. 3x the commission.

P.S. The "Frankendeck" segment at 2:00 will hit too close to home. We've all built these monsters.
