Realtor Wisdom for SaaS? Now, THAT’S a Plot Twist!

Here's a curveball:

Last week, I chatted with my buddy. Not from tech, but realty.

Yep, the TOP realtor in my city. The guy’s everywhere! LinkedIn, YouTube… You name it.

So, out of sheer curiosity, I posed a question: “Why the relentless content churn?”

His reply? Pure gold.

"When I snag a lead and close it, I keep 80% of the pie. But if the brokerage hands me a lead? I only get 50% of the pie!"

50/50. 

vs.

80/20.

That got my gears turning.

Why isn't this a SaaS thing?

We're all chanting the 'AEs should prospect more' mantra.

But what if...

What if we dangle a sweeter carrot?

Get them to CREATE, to ENGAGE, to PROSPECT with vigor?

After all, as the genius Munger declared, "show me the incentive, and I'll predict the outcome."

Maybe it's time for a reality check in SaaS!

Do we give reps a bigger piece of the pie for sourcing their own leads?
