Good morning, this is the Not Boring Personal Branding. Your weekly tour guide for all things personal branding.

In Today’s edition:

The Ultimate Guide To Repurposing Your Content Online

START HERE:

Use Taplio or your favorite LinkedIn analytics tool to sort and organize your content.

Sort by content views, likes, comments, and shares.

  • Views = what’s resonating the most

  • Likes = Getting a stamp of approval

  • Comments = Getting people to engage and take action

  • Shares = people want your own content as part of their identity

IDEA 1: REPOST THE SAME CONTENT THAT GOT LOTS OF ENGAGEMENT

You can schedule out these posts for a few weeks from now or you can add them to your content calendar a few weeks out.

So if you are looking at the above screenshot, you could take the top post "invest in yourself" and just schedule it out for 3-4 weeks from now.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

IDEA 2: TIKTOK VIDEOS

Download them.

Post them to LinkedIn.

BOOM!

IDEA 3: TURN ONE-LINER POSTS INTO IMAGES

Find the one-liners that got lots of engagement.

Go to Canva and turn them into a screenshot.

Like this:

IDEA 4: TAKE YOUR TWEETS AND POST THEM TO LINKEDIN

If you got lots of retweets and/or likes on Twitter even better.

This shows social proof.

IDEA 5: TURN YOUR TWITTER THREADS INTO LINKEDIN POSTS

You can use line breaks and/or all caps to separate the tweets on LinkedIn.

Like this:

Hook tweet.

--

Tweet 1 of Thread

--

Tweet 2 of Thread

--

etc. and so forth (lol)

IDEA 6: CHANGE THE HOOK OF SOMETHING YOU’VE ALREADY WRITTEN

Ever have a post that you thought was killer but got like no engagement?

Copy the entire body of the post and just change the hook.

Gather inspiration from other posts/tweets on hooks that worked. Use them.

IDEA 7: TURN YOUR CONTENT INTO VISUALS

You can use basic shapes in Canva to make this happen.

IDEA 8: VIDEO YOURSELF READING A POST OR TWEET

Find the text posts that did well.

Then record yourself reading the post (but don’t make it look like you are reading from a screen).

END:

You now have 8 ideas for repurposing content that you already made.

You may be thinking, “what if people notice I posted this already?”

Guess what…

People can barely remember what they had for breakfast.
