How do you handle conflict?
Read 124 words below.
Most of us focus on proving our point. We go in with guns blazing and make sure the other person understands what they did wrong and why they should never do it again.
Not surprisingly, this results in the other person trying to prove their point.
From there, things can get explosive.
Try a different approach. Great philosophers taught not by telling, but by asking. Ask questions to understand why the person acted the way they did.
It could be simple β an apology from them because they were moody that day. End of problem.
Or it could be complex. Maybe you were actually in the wrong.
Either way, asking questions helps both of you work together to find a solution.
Give it a try.

The Meeting No-show Sequence
Read 136 words below.
Let's face it. 100% of prospects do not show up to your meetings. (I wish that were the case!)
Plop those prospects into a meeting no - show sequence.
We've seen ~52% or so or prospects getting back to us willing to meet.
DON'T LET THE MEETING YOU ALREADY HAD SCHEDULED FALL THROUGH THE CRACKS!
Here's the sequence breakdown for you:
Step 1 (Day 1): Phone Call
Step 2 (Day 1): Personalized Email
Step 3 (Day 2): Phone Call
Step 4 (Day 3): Automatic reply email to step #2
Step 5 (Day 4): Phone Call
Step 6 (Day 5): Personalized Email
Step 7 (Day 6): Phone Call
Step 8 (Day 7): Automatics reply email to step #6
~80% of our replies are within the first 5 steps of this sequence.
Now, go build one for your team :)
