1. Focus on founder-led sales first

If you don't understand how to sell your own product, chances are you won't know what you are looking for.

And if you are confused...

The first sales rep you hire will be too.

Being in the trenches will help you better understand the needs.

2. Recruit from top sales orgs

50% of their job will be recruiting.

And good sales reps know OTHER good sales reps.
